About this job

Servers make minimum wage, or higher for servers. Servers make tips, and should make enought to bring them up to minimum wage. If not, we supply tip make up until they earn this amount. Servers make thier money on guest service, so COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISIFACTION is required. After training with a hands on training environment, servers will be assigned tables during their shift and these tables require thier 100% dedication.

Servers, take orders, clean/bus tables, wash dishes, roll silverware, help prep food during off peak periods, clean thier section they are responsible for.

Their shifts are 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p -6a on a 24 hour working location.
