Cleaning Crew

Responsibilities:

• Must have the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds in weight.
 
• Must be able to work in an environment which is normally 85ºF to 90ºF.
 
• Must have the capacity to stay in one bodily position and location for a prolonged period of time, mobility to get to other stations within the restaurant, stretching, reaching, bending, walking and standing.
 
• Must be able to listen attentively and communicate, both verbally in writing, with customers, supervisors and co-workers.
 
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
 
• Make sure Patio is clean and free of trash at all times this also includes the parking lot and landscaping around restaurant.
 
• Maintains kitchen area (cleans pot, pans, other kitchen or cooking items, freezer inside/outside, kitchen walls, kitchen floors, kitchen baseboards, Managers Office, grills, fryers, stove tops, and sinks).
 
• Maintains stock levels and cleanliness of Salsa Bar. Maintains self serve drink station.
 
• Maintains stock levels of cups, lids, napkins, utensils and condiments. Serves beverage and dessert products.
 
• Maintains public areas (cleans glass and walls, buses tables, sweeps/mops floors, cleans restrooms, removes front trash, maintains exterior).
 
• Regular attendance.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older (Alcoholic Beverage Commission requirements). Bilingual skills in English and Spanish is preferred. High school diploma or GED equivalent desired. Some experience in a food preparation position preferred.
