About this job

1. Comb the area for potential catering clients for Shanes.

2. Record any contacts made on the catering contacts spreadsheet. You should contact at least 50 new clients each week. Submit the catering spreadsheet everyFridayby end of day. You should make 150 or more catering sales calls per week total, including 50 new contacts.

3. Provide your contact information to all of your clients so they can place orders with you.

4. Fax the order forms to the store that will be preparing the cater (usually the store that is closest to the delivery site)

5. Keep a copy of all of your orders for your records and submit at the end of each period for your commission.

6. Coordinate delivery of the orders.

7. Follow up with and maintain a relationship with all current customers. You should call on them biweekly.

8. Use any means necessary to secure new customers. Take samples from the store, free party of 10, etc. Get approval from Ben on these.

9. Have a Great attitude everyday and be flexible.

10. Send out Plum text messages bi-weekly and also take initiative to grow the database.

11. Be willing to help out in the store, on caters, deliveries, events, or any other activities that may be requested.

12. Schedule and coordinate spirit night fundraisers and analyze performance.

13. Communicate openly and honestly with all subordinates and superiors.

14. Assist in training all delivery personnel.
