This is an opportunity for someone to make a difference in the life of a child on a daily basis. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
We are looking for the long term childcare provider. We pride ourselves in being a family atmosphere and want to continue in that fashion. there are numerous state guidelines that we need to follow on a daily basis, as well as a cleanliness standard that everyone is expected to follow.
The person who applies for this position, needs to love children, want to teach them, as there is a structured curriculum that we follow and a schedule for each class on a daily basis. We are a ratio based business, therefore it is very important that attendance is one of your top priorities. We are looking for creative individuals that are willing and able to give our children the best early educational experience possible.
We pay based on experience and credentials. We will pay very well for the right credentials. If you do not already have your creditentials in this field you must be willing to get enrolled into the classes to receive a CDA within 1 year of employment. there are scholarships usually available for this training. Anyone unwilling to get this credential need not apply.
