We are one of the nation’s largest electric companies, based on serving 6 million customers in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. And we are looking for 50 customer service representatives!!!
The customer service rep is responsible for taking all inbound calls from residential/commercial customers about electric practices. Duties will include processing work orders for service, billing customers, giving credits to customers, quoting rates, troubleshooting outages and emergency situations.
Training
Three month formalized classroom training.
You will take calls approximately 30 days after starting.
There will be ongoing training and workshops provided.
Compensation & Hours
$11/hr. All reps need to be available from 7am to 7pm Monday-Friday. Could involve an occasional Saturday. Hours typically are 9am-6:30pm or 10am-7pm. The schedules will fluctuate weekly. There are health benefits offered for all employees.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience, call center preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Typing 40+wpm
- Job Longevity
