Team Leaders are responsible for helping to manage all aspects of a $600,000 - $1,000,000 retail restaurant business. These responsibilities include:
- Helping to improve operational and financial performance for an individual unit
- Achieving 100% customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring food quality and friendly service
- Driving Profit & Loss improvements (i.e., plan attainment) by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Ensuring Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members; conducting performance appraisals, taking disciplinary action; motivating, training and developing the restaurant team
- Ensuring maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a Preventative maintenance Plan based on Company Standards
- Ensuring complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with some formal or informal leadership experience
- High initiative and commitment to action
- Basic business math and bookkeeping skills
