We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Receptionist/Hotel Associate.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Job Description: Pet Care Specialist/Hotel

The responibilites of the Receptionist will include (but not limited to) the following:

• Answer Phone Calls
• Make Out-going phone calls\
• Check-in Clients
• Data Entry
• Provide information to customer regarding services and products-including the sales of products and services
• Working in the Hotel is required to ensure full company operations are understood

The responsibilities of the Pet Care/Hotel Specialist will include (but not limited to) the following:

• · Loving Care of Pets
  •  We view each pet as a valuable member of their family AND OURS!
    • Taking dogs to outside exercise area for play – 5 or more times each day
    • Feeding
    • Ensuring guests suites are clean and water available at all times
    • Daycare Attendant – playing with dogs and ensuring the playtime stays calm
• · Administration of Customer’s Medications (Must be 21 or older for this task)
• · Food Prep – Ensure we are preparing and delivering each pet’s meals as outline by the client (correct food and timing)
• Bringing dogs back to their suite at Check-in and reuniting pet with their family at check-out. Always great to see the happy reunions!
• · Bathing – Available to associates interested in training for this role – pay increase typically associated with this role once mastered.
