Requirements

  • The Kitchen Supervisor will work at our Central Kitchen overseeing and managing food costs as well as the scheduling of kitchen crew/bakers.
  • Oversee the mixing of dough, cutting of donuts and frying of donuts

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborate with customer teams to identify and remedy quality issues.
  • Well versed in all aspects of production including inventory management, quality improvement, safety programs, scheduling and maintenance.
  • Strong supervisor skills, able to train and motivate teams to peak performance.
  • Writing work procedures, training staff and achieving certification.
  • Handling customer complaints including physically visiting customer stores and collaborating with store managers to identify and solve issues.
  • Overseeing raw materials inventory, working with vendors to communicate quality and delivery issues.
  • Producing short/long term production scheduling and forecasting and monthly analysis and cost forecasting.
  • Monitoring distribution and logistics for timely and safe deliveries.
