THE JOB
We are seeking a FUN energetic and highly effective Leader to fill a General Manager Team Leader position. The successful candidate will have a minimum 4 years experience in a management, supervisory or leadership role within a retail, service or entertainment environment. Retail Sales, merchandising, marketing and social media management experience is desired.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The GM Team leader role is a general  management  position with responsibilities spanning multiple functions administration, traditional retail operations and performance management. Navigating business operations through entrepreneurial lens and leveraging innovation, creativity and relationship management  will also serve the GM in achieving business results.
 
The General Manager Team Leader will have total responsibility for managing the day to day operations of the Arcade including but not limited to engaging guest, supervising and directing partners, hiring, training, development, effective coaching, staffing, scheduling, ensuring guest service and experience expectations, store and equipment cleanliness, facility maintenance, financial performance, inventory management, execution of Stand Operating Procedures, sales and  marketing initiatives and the safety and security of the facility as well as guest and partners.
 
JOB DUTIES 
Execution of quality shifts 
Driving sales/profit performance 
Sourcing, interviewing, training, developing, and evaluating performance
Supervise and oversee daily operations ensuring profitability, cost control,
Decision making and Judgement
Staff scheduling, product quality, cleanliness and other Company standards 
Builds sales and maximizes profits 
Recruiting, training, developing 
Communicating Company and Guest expectations and performance results to entire staff.
Coaches, teaches and inspires FunCenter Crew 
Serving Guest with excellence
Maintain high-quality Guest service and safety
Merchandising and Product Inventory 
 
 
Minimum Qualifications:
 
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a high-school diploma or GED. College degree preferred
Minimum of four (4) years previous management, supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift.
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift.
