PT/FT PET GROOMER/BATHER $500 Hiring Bonus - Full-time / Part-time

Pet Groomer / Bather Cage Free Grooming Pet Salon -- Douglasville, GA Upscale, clean, friendly pet grooming salon now hiring an experienced Pet Groomer and Pet Bather. We are looking for a valuable FULL TIME Pet Groomer and Pet Bather to add to our Team. This is an addition to our current team and we are growing fast!! Experience required for Grooming Position - minimum of 2 years hands on grooming dogs either in a mobile unit and/or salon. Must have your own tools and be able to groom all major breeds. In addition, the applicant should have at least 2 years experience in grooming under the leadership of a professional groomer and must successfully complete a personal skill evaluation by Pause 4 Paws. The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation. The job requirements for this position include: 1. Ability to groom 5 plus pets per day according to each client's specifications 2. Ability to perform grooming service on all breeds (canine), including but not limited to; nail trimming, teeth brushing and clipping 3. Possess the skills to speak directly to clients and interpret the haircut details they would like for their pets 4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming tables, equipment and supplies 5. Be able to communicate with your Team to make the days flow smooth and easy 6. Must show compassion for animals and take extreme care of all pets in the salon 7. Take accurate notes for each groom you complete 8. Be able to help the Team clean the salon at the end of the day 9. A passion for driving the business and building long-term neighbor/pet relationships. 10. Must be able to move/lift animals over 50 pounds 11. Ability to stand and bend for an extended period of time. 12. Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation is commensurate with experience. Selected candidate will receive a $500 Hiring Bonus after 180 days of employment.
