Job Requirements:
- Work with instructions and following extrusion run sheets, set ups, starts, and gets tolerance single custom profile extrusions.
- On extruded profiles, make adjustments to maintain quality and consistency during extrusion process.
- Understand and demonstrate the ability to read prints and measurements for profile extruded products with dial calipers
- With work instructions, identify proper materials to run production.
- Observes machine operations to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
- Measure work piece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
- Perform minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or work piece.
- Assist to stack, mark, pack, and organized as intruded by the shift supervisor
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
