We are currently hiring for Production Workers in the Carrollton, TX! This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity in a mattress manufacturing plant!
Job Description:
- Use various machines to create mattress panels and mattress parts
- Use quilting machine, retractable knife, scissors and hand tools
- Combine mattress components together using appropriate method, such as: hot metal gun and hog ring gun
- Meet all production and quality control standards
- 3+ years of experience in mattress manufacturing or other similar product
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
- Able to meet all tailor and production standards
- Background check and drug screening required
Ideal Candidates:
- 3 years of experience manufacturing mattresses
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $12/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday- 8am-5pm; some overtime
