We have an opening for a Factory Manager in the Torrance, CA area! This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company!
Job Description:
- Oversee manufacturing of hand-crafted solid wood furniture
- Liaison between departments to ensure quality standards
- Track and update production schedule
- Manage stock levels and order replacements
- Implement and manage quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process
- Ensure safe work environment
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of managing in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of how furniture is manufactured is a plus
- Ability to use a computer
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Background and drug screening may be required

Pay Rate: Based on Experience
Hours: 1st and 2nd shift
