Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate Needed:

Edible Arrangements is looking for its next great Fruit Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales associate or customer service representative. We need an energetic and outgoing individual who is willing to go above and beyond for our valued customers. Excellent phone and interpersonal skills are a must! Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus. If you are passionate about giving customers a great experience and enjoy making someone’s day then we want you! FT and PT positions available. Effectively converts customer inquiries into sales.

Builds long-term relationships and builds the trust and loyalty of customers.

Responds to customers needs.

Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.

Demonstrates “just say yes” behavior when taking care of customer needs.

Manages difficult customer situations in a calm and professional manner.
