Service Associate As a member of our Front of House Team, you are the most important link in the relationship between guests and their experience. Essential Functions: The primary responsibility of a server is to administer the 7 Steps of Service to every guest within their assigned section while maintaining guest sensitivity, cleanliness, restocking, sanitation, uniform, safety, security, and company policy requirements.
