About this job
We are looking for someone to join our team. We are a franchisee of the largest batteries and bulbs retailer in the country. Our customers include retail, small and large businesses, non profits, other retailers and many more. Some retail with mechanical or electrical experience is a plus but not required , what we really need is someone wiling to learn, apply learned skills, work with a great team , meet their committments (store schedules are flexible) and grow as our business grows! Customer Service / Sales
Work with customers to understand their problems and find the best solution. So great personal skills are a must: outgoing, engaging and informed. We will be providing all the product and service information you will ever need. You will be translating this into advice, helping commercial and retail customers.

Operations
To serve customers well, we need to run our company with excellence. So you will be helping to maintain, rotate and stock. We will train you on how to install batteries, perform test and perform technical work. We have processes for invoicing, tracking, creating offers and others. Everyone does everything. So duties include making deliveries, consulting customers, working with vendors. You will be expected to learn how to use our sales and reference systemsm be a great listener and complete our training program.
