About this job

OARS is seeking an experienced Office Manager.  The Office Manger is responsible for database management, membership mailings, managing two websites, office information technology, and assisting with events and other special projects, like workshops and the annual RiverFest.

Applicants must have relevant experience in office management and information technology, and be proficient in database management, preferably FileMaker Pro. Social media skills are an asset. The successful applicant will be detail and quality-oriented, flexible, well-organized, and a team player, and be good at working independently. A Bachelor’s Degree and excellent written and spoken communication skills are required. Must have a car and valid driver’s license and be available to occasionally work evenings and on weekends. This is a part-time position (15 hours/week) with flexible hours.
