Catering Manager
Responsibilities Include:
The Catering Manager is responsible for delivering catering orders and generating sales leads within a specified market.
The delivery includes loading/unloading food orders, set up catering events, accept payments, interact with guest, ensure 100% guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for generating sales leads within their area. Drop menus off to potential new business, collect business contact information, ask for referral and repeat business. The qualified candidate will have previous sales/marketing experience.
Requirements
This location is home to both Jamba Juice and Brueggers. Employees will be cross-trained to operate under each brand.
