Chelas Mexican Grill is hiring for full and part time customer service personnel.  Do you enjoy working in a team environment?  Are you a "people person" who enjoys the satisfaction of making a happy customer?  

We are looking for people who excel in working with others and enjoy interacting with customers.  As a customer service specialist you are the face of the business, you'll have many responsibilities, but the most important is ensuring customer satisfaction.

Summary of Job Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Recommending menu items
• Taking customer orders using POS system at register
• Answering phone calls, taking phone orders
• Ensuring orders are accurate and delivering orders to customers
• Packaging to go orders
• Bussing tables
• Following up with customers to make sure they are satisfied
• Resolving customer complaints
• Ensuring food presentation is per policy
• Maintaining ambience of restaurant – setting music playlists, selecting sporting events to be broadcast
• Balancing and close out of your cash drawer
• Controlling costs by minimizing waste and ensuring order accuracy
• Restocking supplies and prepping for our busy times
• Following the cleaning procedures for floors, bathrooms, kitchen, dishes
