The Norwood office of Home Instead Senior Care, the world's trusted source of non-medical services and home care for seniors, is seeking an individual who can lead our efforts in recruiting and retaining the best caregivers in our industry. This individual will recruit, screen, hire, train and retain a staff of caregivers to provide the highest quality service to clients. This individual must also be available for on-call supervision every other weekend, answering all calls and overseeing client schedule management. Candidate needs to be outgoing, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Human resources background a plus, CNA experience preferred.
Position is full time at 35-40 hours per week (plus being on-call every other weekend), includes paid vacation and opportunity for growth and advancement.
