IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Mature, self-confident, professional. Service mindedness and family values. Personal experience caregiving for the elderly is a big plus
• Tolerance for stress and uncertainty. Fast, efficient, and creative in solving problems relating to people and logistics.
• Brain that loves deductive logic puzzles.
• Computer proficiency. Can navigate windows easily and learn new programs quickly. (you will be tested in interview). No exceptions here, you must be self-sufficient in handling complex computing tasks.
• Patient / supportive personality balanced with firmness. Patience to manage the work assignments for 100 CAREGivers with varying levels of availability, experience, and willingness.
• Clear written and verbal communication. Proper grammar and good spelling are a must. Others almost always understand what you mean right away.
• Excellent memory. Quick retrieval of hundreds of names, times, and places. You've never said “I'm terrible with names."

JOB OBJECTIVE

On-Call Supervisor ensures quality client care by managing the service schedule with the following goals in mind:

• Compatibility between CAREGivers and clients
• Efficient utilization of the office's collective CAREGiving resources
• Nurturing the relationships with our CAREGivers

COMPENSATION

Pay days are on the 10th and 25th of the month.

• Monthly compensation of approximately $800.
