Prep Cook - Full-time / Part-time

Basic Job Function:

The primary responsibility is to prep the food for the cook. This includes washing, peeling, and slicing vegetables and other items prepared in the kitchen.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to handle knife
• Able to work in a team environment
• Follow sanitary guidelines

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Slice, peel and prepare food items for the cook
• Washes work table and cutting block to ensure food is sanitized
• Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform.
• In addition, other duties maybe required as directed by your manager.

• Ability to perform physical requirements of position including standing for extended periods of time
• Lifting loads of up to 25 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions, conduct business related mathematics and analyze data as required.
