We have an immediate opening for a Supervisor.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
The Supervisor position oversees the quality of his/her area at Conroe's Incredible Pizza Company (CIPC). The Supervisor is a role model of the “teach and coach” style of leadership rather than the “tell and yell” method. This individual must practice the “Servant Management” style of leadership by treating all employees with respect and support. Previous guest service and supervisor experience in the restauraunt/entertainment industry is preferred.
