PrideStaff Financial is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join our client’s North Dallas office! This is a direct hire position!!!!!
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Understand complex tax issues and the application to client situations and transactions
- Train and supervise staff and interns
- Manage a large number of projects and provide timely deliverables to client
- Plan, prepare and review complex tax returns and financial statements
Requirements include:
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting or an undergraduate or graduate degree with sufficient course work to achieve CPA certification upon passing the examination
- 3-5 years experience working in public accounting or similar environment
- Knowledge of research tools
- Detailed understanding of basic tax standards
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks
