ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures all items are prepared and stored per Koo Koo Roo specifications.
- Completely fills out production sheets.
- Ensures Koo Koo Roo safety and sanitation specifications are followed.
- Ensures working area is kept clean.
- Cleans/stores/sanitizes equipment per Koo Koo Roo specifications.
- Ensures hot and cold cases remains stocked with quality ingredients.
- Any other tasks deemed necessary.
Requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Activities include, but are not limited to, walking, standing, reaching, stooping, lifting (50 lbs. maximum), carrying, talking, and sitting.
- Duties involve the coordination of manual and visual dexterity.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
