CORESTAFF Services is seeking a Direct Hire Store Manager for one of the nation’s leading grocery chains located in Lake Elsinore, CA. You will be responsible for providing strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Performing basic administrative duties such as filing, filling out forms, counting and basic arithmetic equations. Enforcing of and adherence to operating policies, procedures, and government regulations. The position is paying up to $70k annually and is bonus eligible, DOE.

- Communication of performance expectations to store employees
- Monitoring and evaluation of expense control within the store
- Developing, guidance and achievement of store goals
- Recruiting, training and development of well-informed and efficient staff
- Ensuring and maintaining store conditions
- Assures that stores cleanliness standards are maintained
- Assures the quality and freshness of all products
- Management of store merchandising, layouts, displays and sets
- Store employee meeting organization and conduction
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
