About this job

Boddie-Noell is a family business. In 1962, Carleton Noell and his two entrepreneurial nephews, Mayo and Nick Boddie, opened one of the first Hardee's restaurants in Fayetteville, NC. Fast food was a new concept, but the gamble paid off. It was the dawn of a new era in dining trends, and Boddie-Noell Enterprises quickly established itself as one of the industry’s leaders. Since 1962, the company has continued to grow and diversify. Today, Boddie-Noell Enterprises operates over 300 Hardee’s restaurants and has branched into other ventures and exciting business opportunities including Moe’s Southwest Grill, Texas Steakhouse & Saloon, Café Carolina and Bakery, and BNE Land & Development.

BNE recognizes that people are its most important asset. It believes in its employees, their potential, their capabilities, and their goals for success. Boddie-Noell firmly believes that people, when given the opportunity, support, and training they need, can accomplish anything they set their mind to, as evidenced by their company mission. According to company creed, “In a caring environment with concern and respect for every individual, people are able to grow and excel. We know. We have been doing this for over 40 years. And our people are the reason we are the successful company that we are today.” BNE has grown over the years because individuals who have joined its family have proven themselves with their efforts, attitudes, and personal desires to advance in job responsibility and the organization strives to promote from within. Innovative leadership and training programs encourage professional and personal success for anyone who wants to move ahead.
