Server

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Server will have the opportunity to demonstrate a guest-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment and to respond quickly to guest needs. Experience working hands on in a restaurant and connecting with guests is key.

Some of the primary functions include: greeting and seating guests, taking food orders, suggesting and serving meals, describing how food is prepared and the ingredients, and maintaining an exceptional level of cleanliness and professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal Server will present the following:

• Six months restaurant/server experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ensure the highest standards of service in attaining guest satisfaction and profitability
• Demonstrate a team player attitude to ensure a smooth hotel operation
• Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly
