Contact Center Agent - Purchase to Pay

CORESTAFF has an exciting opportunity with a Leading Telecom Services company located in Plano near Legacy/Dallas North Tollway for a Bilingual Spanish AND/OR Portuguese Contact Center Agent.

The Contact Center Agent will be responsible for the operations of the Invoice to Pay process for all internal and Supplier invoices and the call off and implement agreement for indirect material.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st line support for the SSC services for end-users and suppliers supported by Sourcing SSC via phone or email.
  • The Contact Center Agent receives, pre-analyzes, categorizes and describes the problem, and if the agent has sufficient knowledge and/or authorization, also solves it in 1st line otherwise the ticket is dispatched to 2nd line.
  • The Contact Center Agent will be provided with a deeper knowledge and will answer “How-To questions” for specific systems such as Ericsson buyer and/or routines such as the Ericsson Invoice to pay flow or the call of process.
  • Ticket handling is done via the ticket system WIH.

Qualifications

This is a 3rd shift position M-F 1:00am – 10:00am.

Bilingual Spanish AND/OR Portuguese with excellent written and verbal skills to support European and Latin American business customers. (will be tested)
  • Knowledge of SAP-R3 and Excel is preferred.
  • Graduate with 2-3 years working experience in Voice services (inbound/outbound)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting process
  • Experience in handling the Case Management system (WIH Ticketing tool)
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool a plus
  • Good Computer Knowledge
  • Basic ability to adapt to change, strive for improvements and eager to learn new working processes, methods etc.
  • Process understanding.
  • Good ability to work in teams.
