PT- Deli Attendant - Radisson Orlando Celebration

Deli Attendant prepares salads, sandwiches, desserts and beverage orders for guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner according to IHRs high standard of quality. Requirements include: a friendly personality; basic knowledge of food and cash handling; written and verbal English language communication skills.

Prepare fresh coffee, muffins and cakes for A.M. Shift.

Stock refrigerator with milks, juices, soda's, prepared assorted salads.

Slice and weigh meats for lunch and dinner.

Stock and slice tomatoes, lettuce, pickles.

Inspect breads, cheeses, and meats for freshness.

Fill out requisition sheets when requesting and removing food items.

The use of sanitary food preparation areas – refrigerators and floors.

To remove garbage at end of every shift.

Continually cleaning up food preparation areas – refrigerators and floors.

Check off items on stock sheet before ending shift.

Follow procedures set down by Department Manager or cashing out and making cash drop.

Records and close out checks as they come in to prevent losses and keep accurate account of all tips and/or service charges

Responsible for assigned h ouse bank and must follow the Remanco procedures according to the company policy. Be aware of any revisions with Remanco payment methods or hotel packages

Have a positive attitude, smile, be a team player with co-workers and always be courteous

Learn to handle pressure situations calmly and effectively while communicating to everyone involved.

You are expected to be flexible with working hours and be able to work in all F&B cashiers positions, including Room Service and Snack Bar.

Perform duties as assigned by management.



Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends. Ability to work standing for prolonged period of times. At least 6 months previous cashier experience preferred.
