Production Awards Each year, AIL and NILICO honor their top producers at our annual convention by recognizing our Top Individual Producers, Supervising Agent, General Agents, Master General Agents, Regional General Agents, State General Agents, Public Relations Representatives, and PR Managers in the Company.
