Sales Representative

PrideStaff, a national staffing and recruiting company, is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated outside sales professional for a full-time, permanent position in the residential and commercial pest control services industry. Previous sales experience in both residential and commercial settings is preferred. This position will be responsible for the Birmingham, AL metro area.Our client is an established, family owned company with an impeccable reputation in the community. Our client is looking for right candidate, with the right attitude, to join their family.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working with home and business owners to identify the products and services that best meet their needs, maintain and develop sales leads, measure and track results. Compensation for the Outside Sales Representative includes a competitive annual base salary AND a rewarding commission structure plus benefits including health, 401K and company car . This is NOT a commission only job. $30-40K per year.
