Randstad in Duluth is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client located in TWO HARBORS, MN.
The Customer Service Representative would be in charge of entering orders in system quickly and accurately. The CSR would work closely with shipping to ensure allocation to bins are correct, and ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner. The CSR would keep the Customer Service Manager up to date on order completions especially major accounts. Answering phones and email inquiries from dealers and retail customers. Involving check order status, tracking shipments, and providing technical information about the company's products.
Working hours: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Skills Required:
TWO years IN PERSON customer service experience is required
Experience with consumer goods and direct contact with customers
Microsoft Office experience
