This is an Interstate Hotels and Resorts Position.

* One or two years experience in a similar Food and Beverage environment.
* Candidate must be personable, friendly, detail oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and display excellent guest service.
* Must posses strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to manage multiple F&B departments simultaneously. Must have knowledge of Restaurant POS system, windows operating system and supervising inventories. must effectively evaluate, interview and hire F&B staff.
* Administrative duties includes but not limited to; scheduling shifts, balancing end of shift paperwork, processing cash outs, bank count, forecasting, handling large sums of money and ordering of general restaurant supplies.
* Must have the ability to make sound decisions quickly, resolve conflicts and have working knowledge of F&B control cost.
* TABC , TIPS certified and Restaurant Management Health Certification required.
