Randstad is partnering with a high profile client in the Needham area to fill a 6 month Administrative Assistant position. The ideal candidate will be poised, professional, and have excellent communication skills. Those with 2-6 years of administrative assistant experience who have performed the below activities are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Managing incoming and outgoing phone and email communications
-Maintain various departmental database systems and lists
-Create and enter data into spreadsheets
-File, fax, distribute, mail and order supplies
-Prepare letters, memos, and other routine correspondence
-Interface with customers and management at various levels
-Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, amd maintain the departmental calendar
-Process purchase cards, expense reports, and invoices
-Create presentations and corresponding materials

Working hours: Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Qualifications:
-2-6 years of experience in administration
-Experience managing a hectic calendar AND coordinating travel arrangements
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
-Experience processing invoices and expense reports
-Attention to detail and hardworking
-Excellent communication skills
