Sales Adminstartion and Customer Relations Associate

The Sales Administration and Customer Relations Associate will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and work on a daily basis with other sales team members as well as personnel in other departments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Communicate directly with customers concerning incoming orders, shipping status, credits and other issues that may arise during the order and shipping process • Contact customers to increase current orders or add new products if necessary • Order entry and follow up with a high degree of accuracy required • New customer set up and credit application management • Monitor order shipping status and communicate any issues to customers • Thoroughly complete, review and update customers documents as required • Maintain updated customer records in customer and internal programs • Assist sales team with outgoing sales calls to current and new customers as a follow up to promotional efforts • Prepare and ship buyer and sales representative samples as needed Requirements include: • Minimum of 3 years experience in a consumer products related customer service position. • Ability to independently resolve issues with minimal direction and supervision • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook is required • Experience with sales and operations programs such as MAS is a plus • Detail oriented and a self starter • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Salary and Benefits: Compensation: Commensurate to skill set Benefits include: Medical, personal time off (vacation and sick leave), 401K plan, additional cafeteria plan (optional coverage’s), tuition reimbursement, etc. Hours: Full-time.
