Job Title:  Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler
 
Job Type:  Part Time (could lead to full time hours in the future)
 
Pay Type:  Hourly
 
Wages:  $15+
 
Location:  507 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444
 
Hours are   25 hours per week and could increase to full time: Monday- Friday 12pm-5pm.
 
This job requires a Multi-Tasker Extraordinaire.  Primary mission will be to get to know all clients, then match, coordinate and monitor placement of each Caregiver.  Delighted clients and the success of our matching process will be the ultimate measure of your success.
 
The Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler will be a high energy, sharp, highly organized, detail-oriented person.  Your friends and colleagues describe you as someone who is calm, cool and collected even under the pressure of frequent calls, requests and a variety of interruptions.  Staying on task and being positive define you.  You have a can-do-attitude, keen analytical skills, high integrity, good judgment and decision making skills.
 
Duties Include
  • Responsible for appropriate staffing and placement of Caregiver in the homes of seniors.
  • Responsible for staffing all call outs.
  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Field new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner and enter information into our internal software.
  • Coordinate and monitor Caregiver schedules.
  • Monitor, mediate and log both client and Caregiver activity and follow up on Caregiver assignments and client services. Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and Caregiver records into our internal software.
  • Process and mail initial service inquiry letter/brochure.
 
Requirements:
  • General scheduling experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of the non-medical senior care industry a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a busy office.
  • Must enjoy helping seniors.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel a must.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills essential as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
  • Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
