Position Overview

Provide sales support to select accounts in Cricket's indirect distribution channel.

Utilize Cricket’s tools, processes and programs including the following to positively impact Dealer performance enabling the successful attainment of all gross and net adds targets, revenue goals and other Key Performance Indicators from assigned dealer accounts.  Tools, process and programs include but are not limited to the following:

• Support merchandising requirements

• Manage brand compliance in all distribution points.

• Deliver and/or Assist with one on one or group training required to enable indirect retailers to successfully market and sell the Cricket proposition.

• Plan, and support or execute sales events

• Side by side selling with local and/or national retail partners, modeling those sales skills and behaviors that best enable successful sales of Cricket products; identify and coach behaviors impacting sales in a positive or negative way. Motivate dealer employees to sell Cricket products

• Assist in the onboard process with new dealer employee hires

Assist dealers with customer service issues or questions including billing, activations, etc.

Function as primary point of contact for escalated customer service issues

Conduct inventory asset management on a quarterly basis or as needed by Dealer /Cricket.

Build partnerships with and the local management of current and future electronics and wireless retail operations, local, regional, or national retailers by visiting multiple locations and working with those partners to ensure viability of Cricket sponsored events and floor space.  Consult with Indirect store management regarding outside selling efforts and neighborhood relationship building

Weekly call reports to Indirect Account Managers including monthly and quarterly goal and sales reporting and forecasts.  Call attention to discrepancies or exceptions in quotas, actuals or run rates.

May assist in the identification and /or recruiting of third party distribution partners, including contract implementation and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• 1 year customer service or sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, Wireless, Telecom, High Tech Experience
