Shift Manager - Full-time

BRITE Express Car Wash Location: Haltom City, TX Position: Shift Manager Like working with people in a fast paced environment with state of the art equipment. BRITE Express Car Wash is looking for energetic, fast learners who can hit the ground running. Our facility is new, clean, beautiful and comfortable, with the newest and best car washing equipment available. As a Shift Manager you must demonstrate leadership characteristics, hands on mechanical ability, the ability to increase sales, monitor costs, improve profit levels, handle customer relations and manage an operations team. You will be responsible for all car washing related activities and scheduling for your designated shift. Requirements: * Retail/Sales Management a plus * Mechanical aptitude, maintaining and preventative maintenance programs of car wash equipment. * High School or GED required. Higher education or college studies a plus. * Must be able to work a compressed work week. * Have a drivers license and reliable transportation. * Have a positive, friendly attitude and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
