We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative! We are looking for high energy professionals who are looking to take the next step in their career path.
Job functions:
-Answering 50+ inbound calls daily, assisting with troubleshooting customer questions
-Outbound phone calls 75+ daily
-Monitor customer accounts
-Enter customer information, document issues, and process orders as needed
-Follow up with customers via email and phone
Working hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
-Associates degree or higher required
-1+ years of call center/customer service required
-Superb customer service skills (interpersonal and written communication)
-Strong typing skills and accuracy
-Familiar with Microsoft Office products
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
-Manufacturing background STRONGLY preferred
