DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with all aspects of recruitment and on-boarding to include:
- Canididate sourcing
- Candidate screening and interviewing
- Manage applicant tracking system
- Plan and coordinate Open House events
- New hire orientation
- Initiate and track drug & background screens
- I-9 e-verify compliance
- Attend job fairs and recruiting events as requried
- Assist with employee inquiries
- Miscellaneous duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: - High School diploma or equivalent
- Must currently be a college Junior/Senior level pursuing Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills (word processing and spreadsheets)
- Proven people skills
- Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition
- Desire to pursue a professional career in Human Resources
