             DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with all aspects of recruitment and on-boarding to include:
    • Canididate sourcing
    • Candidate screening and interviewing
    • Manage applicant tracking system
    • Plan and coordinate Open House events
    • New hire orientation
    • Initiate and track drug & background screens
    • I-9 e-verify compliance
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting events as requried
  • Assist with employee inquiries
  • Miscellaneous duties assigned 

    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must currently be a college Junior/Senior level pursuing Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills (word processing and spreadsheets)
  • Proven people skills
  • Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition
  • Desire to pursue a professional career in Human Resources
