Collections & Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Randstad is hiring for Collection agents to work in the Greater Sacramento area for both full time and part time opportunities! We are now interviewing and hiring qualified candidates for these positions. This is not an application to a specific job, however it is a job posting to get Collection candidates ready for our next openings; which will include testing and interviewing for the position.

General duties include:
- Making outbound customer calls via the telephone as well as an automated dialer to negotiate payment arrangements to reduce delinquency on accounts OR take inbound customer phone calls to negotiate payment arrangements on multiple stages of delinquency as well as to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Identifies candidates and initiates process for loss mitigation programs outside delegated areas of authority.
- Completes skip-tracing steps as required. Adds, changes, and deletes information in multiple system screens within multiple systems.
- Serves as entry point for the identification, routing and documentation of all pertinent
collection support processes (I.E.: modifications, bankruptcy, skip-tracing, etc.).
- Complies with all pertinent department/division procedures as outlined in operating instructions.
- Meets minimum individual and departmental goals and service level agreements.
- Suggests changes or modifications to policies and procedures to supervisor based on day-to-day observations and activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-1 year's customer service or collection experience
-Computer proficient
-Proven ability to stay focused in a continuous process flow and keep pace within the work team.
-Superior verbal and written communications skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and motivation
