About this job
In need of a part-time data entry clerk.
Mon. – Friday 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. 20-25 hours to start
They need basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
They will be entering vital system information that is captured by Accounting.
Posting – Carrier/Freight charges/tracking into Visual
Morning report – entering carrier / ship method / our price
Take the morning report and those days orders and put into numerical order and file
Clean up the dedicated printer before shift ends and file appropriately
Can assist with Ground Billing if time permitted and can also pre-pull Courier orders again if time permits
This person will be trained, but needs to pick up new systems quickly and have accuracy.
