Position Description:


 


Positions in this function are involved in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and/or ongoing support. Responsible for one or more areas of complex ERP projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous ERP implementation and support issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Ensures that ERP system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.

Candidate will be working with Clinical Care Advance (CCA) which is a nursing medical management ERP system.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Will be assisting users.

  • Will be assigned and work tickets for issues that arise.

  • Will also be gathering requirements, making configuration changes, and implementing those changes.

  • Will also assist in User Training.

  • Should have a thorough understanding of both front and back end CCA OR Facets 4.71 or higher.

Requirements


Requirements:

  • Associate's degree with 2+ years of equivalent work experience OR HS diploma/GED with 4+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Facets 4.71 or higher OR 2+ years' experience with Clinical Care Advance
  • Experience with Medical Utilization Management
