Position Description:
This is a great opportunity for a low voltage cabling technician and/or a data center installer.
This position is generally a day time job, but flexible hours are sometimes required to support our customers as needed. Overtime is also sometimes required to support our customer's needs. Being part of an on-call rotation is also required.
Positions in this function provide local technical support to UnitedHealth Groups computer user community. Includes installations, upgrades, computing problem resolution, diagnosis of issue severity, recovery and project implementation.

Requirements
- 2+ years in data center installation technician and/or cabling technician role
- 2+ years proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Associate's degree or HS Diploma/GED plus 2+ years equivalent experience
- PLT license
- Any BICSI certifications
