About this job

This is an entry level position. You will the first person customers and staff will meet and/or speak to telephone etiquette is a must. Basic duties consist of possibly typing and proofreading reports, correspondence and various forms; assist at the counter answering questions and assisting customers or staff with various products or equipment. Schedule and confirm appointments as directed. Organize and maintain files of records and correspondence of both a routine and confidential nature. Receives a variety of documents, computer entry, document filing. Utilize a computer and its software to maintain a variety of records, enter and update information as needed or required.
