Pipe Fitters Job Description

• Reading, interpreting, and applying blueprints for performing work on ship board pipe systems

• Installing, maintaining, removing and inspecting piping and associated valves, hardware and hangers

• Performing semi-skilled tasks such as debris removal and fastening air hose connections, electrical cables and flexible ventilation

Job Requirements

• Must have 5 years verifiable, relevant work experience in the ship repair industry

• Must be able to receive a RAPIDGate badge

• Must pass a drug screen

• Reliable transportation required

• Must be able to work assigned shift

• Reliable attendance

Pay Rate: DOE
