Network Support Specialist

We are looking for an energetic individual to join our fast growing team that provides global IT support.

We are currently recruiting for a part time Network Technician. This person will be responsible for PC deployments and software installations at our client location. The position requires an individual who can prioritize, resolve, escalate, and route support requests for numerous IT services and applications.

Responsibilities include user and desktop support as directed through help desk ticketing and documenting work activities. This position requires regular interaction with the IT Services team, customer groups and end-users at all levels. This candidate must be able to analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system. Will also perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.

Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Microsoft systems and/or networking disciplines preferred. Strong working knowledge of MS products is critical. Hands on experience in resolving issues pertaining to PC hardware/software, networks, operating systems, telecommunications and WAN Services
