About this job

Responsibilities

  • Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner in accordance with current SLAs).
  • Lead resource that coordinates all activities relative to installation of the service. Ensure all organizations touching orders accurately complete their respective tasks
  • Work with other organizations and / or account team to resolve any problems that could jeopardize the service being delivered on time
  • Serve as lead on projects for clients.  May include development activities with other organizations
  • Inform client of jeopardy situations
  • Gather and input order information for order submission.
  • Responsible for reviewing and providing accurate and complete information on all orders prior to submission.
  • Setting proper expectations with client and / or account team of order intervals prior to order submission.
  • Verify all order information with LCON (site, demarcation, technical information)
  • Track all orders from OE submission to activation.
  • Maintain and provide tracking spreadsheets for client as required
  • Provide status on pending/completed orders to branch/account team as required
  • Escalate to proper management any and all jeopardy situations encountered during the implementation process.
  • Verify completion of circuit installations in the respective implementation system.
  • Schedule, coordinate and manage circuit activation with Local Contact (LCON), Vendor and internal support groups

Qualifications

Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum BS/BA, or equivalent, with 5-7 years of job-related experience
  • Background in Order and Change Management
  • Strong technical abilities in IT and Telecom
  • Certified Contract Manager Certification a plus
  • ITIL Certification and ITIL conversant a plus

 

Systems/Tools/Applications Experience:

OrderPro, F&E, TCOMS, COMS, FARMS, ETMS, ContractViewer, ClientView, OBUS, ITEMS, EZSTATUS, PMRA, VEC, EXCEL
